We hired ZVA to put an addition on our home. A bedroom and full bathroom. They were easy to work with and some of the kindest people we have ever met. They were understanding and considerate every step of the way. They worked while we still lived in the house and never caused a nuisance or made a mess. The room came out absolutely gorgeous and the bathroom is a dream. Everything was done to an extremely high standard and always passed inspections on the first try with no hesitation. Originally this room was meant to accommodate an elderly person in a mobility assistance chair however she passed unexpectedly early on in the project. They were helpful and understanding when we needed to make changes, they consulted us every step of the way. We were most impressed by the full service style of work; they laid a foundation, built the room, handled roofing and gutters, siding, did all the plumbing, a separate HVAC system, tiles and paint, windows and doors (including constructing an entry from the new room into our existing home and beautiful French doors leading to the yard) and all the finishing touches so all we had to do was start living in our new room. The owner Zach is one of the nicest and most accommodating contractors we have ever met. I would recommend ZVA again and again, whether you need small touch ups or have a giant project these are the people you want working with you
